Welcome to the epitome of coastal chic at 1722-24 Great Highway, where the waves aren't just outside your window—they're practically your neighbors! Get ready to ride the tide of luxury in a home that's not just a living space but a lifestyle statement.

This multi-family retreat is like the secret hideaway every surfer or outdoor enthusiast dreams of, strategically perched to capture the heart-pounding energy of Ocean Beach. Cruise into your two-car garage, and from the moment you step inside, it's evident – this is no ordinary beach abode.

Ground floor delights await as you enter your studio/living room sanctuary, a stylish haven complete with an ensuite half bath, laundry room, and enough storage space to stash your surf gear and more. Slide open the wall of glass doors to reveal your very own slice of paradise—the backyard, meticulously crafted by Talc Studios. Al fresco dining with the salty breeze as your companion? Yes, please!

Ascend to the second floor, where the grand kitchen and living area bask in a flood of natural light. Picture lazy mornings by the fireplace with a cup of joe and a surf magazine pulled from the built-in bookcase. The kitchen, a sleek paradise, is the epicenter of family-style meals and impromptu gatherings on the front porch. Two bedrooms down the hall beckon for your personal touch—maybe an at-home office or yoga studio with a backyard view?

Take it to the top floor for jaw-dropping ocean views and a primary suite that redefines luxury living. This haven features an attached living room, a fireplace, and windows so expansive, you'll feel like you're waking up to the ocean every day. The spacious ensuite bathroom and closet create a seamless blend of comfort and sophistication. Two more bedrooms, an office and another vintage inspired bathroom complete this level.

But the adventure doesn't stop at your doorstep! The Outer Sunset District is your playground, offering a beach town experience with local flavors, high-end restaurants, and, of course, endless waves. Golden Gate Park, Sutro Heights Park, Gus’s Market, Ocean Beach – all just moments away in this vibrant neighborhood.

This isn't just a house; it's a call to all seeking a life where city sophistication meets the untamed energy of the sea. Embrace the extraordinary at 1722-24 Great Highway, where the design is as impeccable as your next wave ride. Welcome to your new definition of coastal cool!

Neighborhood Gallery

1722-24 Great Highway

Parkside is commonly referred to as a part of "the Sunset," but there is a definite difference in character. Located in the southwest portion of San Francisco, Parkside's often up-sloping topography makes for some fantastic views. There is a somewhat suburban feel on streets like Escolta Way, with detached homes and charming, though small, front yards. The Sunset Reservoir is something of a surprise in San Francisco's urban environment: eight square blocks in the middle of the neighborhood adjacent to Abraham Lincoln High School. The top of the reservoir is home to California's largest photovoltaic system. Inner Parkside (to the east) is a delightful gem with beautifully maintained homes and landscaping. Nearby, the West Portal neighborhood offers great boutique shopping, restaurants and coffee shops. Outer Parkside (to the west) has quaint homes built in the 1930s and 1940s, many developed by Henry Doelger. They are generally one story over garage, many of which have been configured to provide an in-law unit. The Parkside neighborhoods offer an interesting mix of families, retirees and students from SF State. The Stonestown Galleria mall is just minutes away.
